Resolutions

Well, it’s been some time since I have posted photos, and even longer since I have taken Nash out with my camera in hand. Those who know me well know that I have been more than stretched thin this Fall, and I rang in the New Year in a less than favourable way. But, with final exams done and dusted, and 2018 underway, I have decided to spend this year doing more of the little things that bring me the utmost joy! And so here are a few photos of me looking at my puppy in a different light, appreciating all his little features and quirks, and giving him some adventure time that he deserves after hanging in with me through what seemed like endless weeks of serious cramming! I love you my Nashy Boy!

Appreciate

After some time off, I am going back to work. Even though I am excited to start this new chapter, it is also bittersweet because in this time I was able to spend a lot of time with my little fur ball and best buddy! We have had some great adventures, and things will change a bit, but the adventures will continue just in a different way! It is time to savour and appreciate the few days we have left of daily runs and impromptu photoshoots, so that is exactly what I will do!

Unapologetic Love

After a hard working weekend for Nash I happily captured a lazy day in his life, and I am glad I can also give him those days to unwind after he works his heart out for us!

PGS: Post Groom Syndrome

Causes: Long grooming sessions resulting from copious amounts of hair growing and growing and growing and growing – everywhere.

Prevention: None. It had to be done. Did you see the shag?!? #sorrynotsorry

Treatment: Sleep and cuddles, all day long!

Bring On Spring

Nash and I went for a walk yesterday – if you can believe it, this spot is in our neighbourhood. Through the winter it can sometimes be icy to get to. The snow has melted so we ventured out, but yesterday (though the sun could deceive you) the ground was solid, and the air was crisp with gusts of wind chill! The shelter of the trees makes a world of difference for me, though Nash could do with either condition! Here are some shots from our late winter walk by the ravine.
